Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FreeFindTalent ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing or using any part of freefindtalent.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Important Notice — Not an Employment Agency

FreeFindTalent is a talent discovery search engine, not a licensed employment agency. We do not place, introduce, or act as an intermediary between candidates and employers. We do not charge, and have never charged, any fee to job seekers or employers in connection with any employment or engagement. We do not guarantee, facilitate, or take responsibility for any employment relationship. Users who require employment agency services — particularly for domestic helper placement in Hong Kong or Singapore — must engage a licensed employment agency registered with the relevant authority (Hong Kong Labour Department or Singapore Ministry of Manpower).

1. The Platform

FreeFindTalent is a free talent-discovery search engine. It aggregates publicly available professional profile data and provides AI-assisted search tools. It comprises three verticals:

  • Talent Search: AI-powered candidate discovery querying 14 live API sources and using Gemini AI for specialist sectors where no public API exists
  • Domestic Helpers / Blue Collar: A public search index allowing workers to self-submit profiles that employers may discover. FreeFindTalent does not place candidates, does not introduce parties, and does not act as an employment agency in any jurisdiction.
  • Salary Benchmark: Anonymised salary percentile data aggregated from 27 industry surveys

The Platform is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce optional premium features in the future; the core search functionality will remain free.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users submitting domestic helper profiles must be of legal working age in their home country and the jurisdiction where they seek employment.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent profile information
  • Scrape, harvest, or systematically download data from the Platform by automated means without our prior written consent
  • Use search results to build competing databases, data products, or to re-sell candidate data to third parties
  • Contact candidates for purposes other than genuine employment or engagement opportunities
  • Discriminate against candidates on the basis of race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic
  • Use the Platform to harass, spam, or send unsolicited commercial messages to any person
  • Attempt to circumvent any security measures, access controls, or rate limits on the Platform
  • Engage in any activity that violates applicable employment, privacy, or data protection laws in your jurisdiction

4. Talent Profile Submissions

When you submit a talent profile, you grant FreeFindTalent a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display your profile to employers using the Platform. You retain ownership of your data. You may request deletion of your profile at any time by emailing privacy@freefindtalent.com.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. We do not verify submitted profile data. Submitting false professional credentials or fraudulent information may result in immediate removal of your profile.

5. Domestic Helpers & Blue Collar Search

FreeFindTalent is not a licensed employment agency under the Employment Ordinance (Cap. 57B) of Hong Kong, the Employment Agencies Act of Singapore, or any other jurisdiction. The platform provides an information discovery service only. Specifically, we do not:

  • Place, introduce, or act as an intermediary between any candidate and any employer
  • Charge fees to helpers, workers, or employers in connection with any employment
  • Verify the legitimacy, credentials, or conduct of employers or workers
  • Guarantee placement or employment outcomes
  • Assume liability for the employment relationship, working conditions, wages, or any disputes that arise between workers and employers

Profiles displayed in the Domestic Helpers and Blue Collar sections are self-submitted by workers and displayed as a public index for informational purposes only. Any contact made between a user and a worker following discovery on this platform is entirely at the parties' own initiative and risk.

Important for Hong Kong users: The placement of foreign domestic helpers in Hong Kong is regulated by the Labour Department under Employment Ordinance Cap. 57B. Employers seeking to engage a foreign domestic helper through a licensed employment agency must ensure that agency holds a valid EA licence. FreeFindTalent does not hold and does not purport to hold an EA licence. Users requiring licensed placement services must engage a separately licensed employment agency.

Employers and workers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including visa and work permit requirements in Hong Kong, Singapore, and relevant countries of origin. We link to official government resources (HK Labour Department, Singapore MOM, DMW — Philippines Department of Migrant Workers, BP2MI) as a convenience only.

6. Salary Benchmark Data

Salary benchmark data is provided for informational and self-assessment purposes only. It is aggregated from publicly available third-party surveys and represents estimated market percentiles. It is not a guarantee of, or advice on, any specific salary, compensation arrangement, or employment term. We are not liable for any decision made in reliance on salary benchmark data.

7. Aggregated Profile Data

Our Talent Search indexes publicly available professional profile data from third-party platforms. We respect the rights of individuals in that data: any person may request removal of their information from our index by contacting privacy@freefindtalent.com. We process such requests within 30 days.

Use of search results is subject to the acceptable use restrictions in Section 3. Specifically, you may not copy, re-publish, or commercially exploit individual profile data obtained through our search.

8. Intellectual Property

The FreeFindTalent name, logo, design system, AI models, and all original Platform content are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT SEARCH RESULTS ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR FREE FROM ERROR.

We do not endorse any candidate, employer, or third-party service linked from the Platform. Interactions between employers and candidates are solely at the parties' own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FREEFINDTALENT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed USD $100 (one hundred US dollars).

11. Third-Party Links and Data Sources

The Platform contains links to third-party websites and aggregates data from third-party platforms. We have no control over and accept no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those third-party sites. Your use of third-party sites is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Modifications to the Platform and Terms

We may modify the Platform, add or remove features, or update these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes to these Terms via a notice on the Platform. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent or harmful conduct, or where required by law. You may stop using the Platform at any time. Sections 8, 9, 10, and 14 survive termination.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR.

If you are a consumer resident in Singapore, you may also have rights under Singapore law (Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act, PDPA) that cannot be excluded by this clause.
